By plane:
The closest airports to Teramo are those of Pescara and Rome; you can then take a bus that will take you to the city.

The closest station with high traffic is Giulianova. From there take the nearest bus to Teramo

From Bari: take the A14 (Adriatica) Bologna-Bari motorway towards Bologna and exit at the Mosciano Sant'Angelo – Teramo toll booth
